A day after the Eureka Police Department issued a news release about a large amount of Native American jewelry that had been stolen during a burglary, it has been returned.
“A local citizen heard the news report on KINS radio and immediately contacted the police department,” said Eureka Police Detective Curt Honeycutt. “We have made almost a full recovery on the property and we would like to thank the citizen for coming forward.”
